Maticia Sudah entered the real estate arena in 2018. She entered this industry to not only comprehend the process better for herself, but also with the solid intention of getting more of her community in homeownership which she has successfully accomplished. Since the genesis of her career, she has won multiple awards in brokerages for top agent and rising star. She has accomplished this by educating her community in person and/or virtually, introducing them to homeownership. She also has an African-American lender on her team. Together they have the patience and familiarity within the community garnering trust. They have first time homebuyer workshops quarterly focusing on the African-American community.
